About Bee’s Knees Imaging

We are investing in your pet

Learn about Bee’s Knees Imaging – our mobile veterinary ultrasound imaging and telemedicine services provide comprehensive imaging for your patients.

Heidi Putnam, a licensed veterinary technician and veterinary clinical sonographer, brings over 17 years of experience in the veterinary field, including 7 years specializing in ultrasound.

Heidi’s journey began in 2008 at the San Diego Humane Society, where she dedicated four years to helping shelter animals. She then spent five years at an emergency critical care hospital, assisting pets in urgent need. In 2017, Heidi and her family relocated to Eugene, OR, where she gained extensive experience in full-spectrum ultrasound services with a veterinary mobile company for over four years. During this period, she also educated over 100 veterinarians and technicians in diagnostic ultrasound techniques. Subsequently, Heidi moved to Washington State, working at several local specialty hospitals, delivering top-quality imaging for referring specialists and their patients. With close to 10,000 ultrasounds performed, Heidi leverages her precise skills and vast knowledge of veterinary medicine to provide accurate diagnostic imaging.

Passionate about collaborating with local veterinarians and offering cost-effective imaging services, Heidi now brings her expertise to the Portland/Vancouver area, focusing on exceptional imaging and patient care.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her husband, son, and their German shepherd, Bucky.

Heidi is thrilled to offer outstanding imaging services for your practice and patients. It’s truly “the bee’s knees.” (see what we did there?)
